Rix Sports Bar & Grill – Live Games, Burgers, Craft Beer

Rix Sports Bar & Grill is the sports bar at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Enjoy classic sports bar fare along with craft cocktails or local beer while you catch the game.

Rix Sports Bar & Grill offers the familiar comfort of a neighborhood sports bar right on Disney property. The space is modern with wooden tables and a large bar, and multiple TVs are placed throughout so most seats have a good view. The menu serves typical sports bar favorites and a wide selection of drinks.

Location and Hours:

Rix is located in the conference center area of Coronado Springs Resort, directly across from El Mercado de Coronado. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a short break between breakfast and lunch service.

Atmosphere:

The vibe at Rix is similar to Applebee’s or Chili’s—casual, straightforward, and focused on comfort food and sports viewing. It doesn’t lean heavily into Disney-themed decor, so if you’re seeking a highly themed dining experience this may feel a bit plain. That said, it’s a solid spot to relax, watch a game, and enjoy familiar favorites during your Disney stay.

The Rix Menu:

The menu at Rix covers the staples you expect at a sports bar: shareable appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, burgers, and a few seafood and steak options. Food arrives quickly and is generally well-executed. Kids especially enjoyed the waffle fries and mac and cheese.

Appetizers at the Rix:

We particularly enjoyed the Watchos—crispy waffle fries topped with queso, bacon, and scallions. The boneless wings are a popular choice as well.

The Rix Sports Bar & Grill Review:

Rix delivers the reliable, familiar experience of a sports bar: quick service, approachable menu options, and plenty of TVs for game day. If you’re looking for a highly themed Disney dining moment, this isn’t it—the decor and atmosphere are more utilitarian than whimsical. Still, the food is solid, with enjoyable wings, burgers, and shareable appetizers. During our visit the dining area felt a bit rushed and wait times were longer than expected even with a reservation, but overall the meal was satisfying.
