Make this super easy, delicious, and adorable White Chocolate Easter Bark in the microwave in about 20 minutes — a perfect no-bake Easter treat.

White Chocolate Easter Bark
Easter always seems to arrive quickly, and this year was no exception. If you need a fast, festive dessert, this White Chocolate Easter Bark is ideal. It’s simple to prepare, requires no baking, and is a great project to do with kids.
This recipe uses melted white baking chocolate, colorful candy melts, pastel M&M’s, and spring-themed sprinkles. It’s easy enough for little helpers to take part — pressing the microwave buttons, stirring, spooning chocolate, and sprinkling decorations. The result is pretty, fun, and customizable.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup each of Wilton candy melts in 3–4 colors (we used blue, pink, purple, and yellow)
- Pastel M&M’s
- Spring or Easter sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
- Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Set aside.
- Place each color of candy melts in its own microwave-safe bowl. Melt each in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Spoon dollops of the different colored candy melts across the white chocolate. Don’t try to spread them yet — leave them as small piles or blobs.
- Use a butter knife to gently swirl the colors into the white chocolate to create a marbled effect. Place the knife to the bottom of the baking sheet and swirl up and down, side to side, or diagonally until you like the pattern. Avoid over-mixing to prevent colors from turning muddy.
- Generously scatter pastel M&M’s and sprinkles over the top. A heavier hand works better because the bark will be broken into pieces later and can look sparse otherwise.
- Let the bark set for at least one hour at room temperature, or speed up the process by chilling it in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes and Tips
- Use separate bowls for each candy melt color to keep colors vibrant and prevent mixing.
- If a candy melt color is too bright and you want a paler pastel shade, stir in a small amount of white candy melts to tone it down.
- Work quickly when swirling so the chocolate remains fluid and creates clean marbling.
- Store the bark in a cool place to prevent softening; refrigeration is fine but may cause condensation when returning to room temperature.
