These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars are made with high-quality ingredients like organic peanut butter, wholewheat flour, oatmeal, and coconut milk. Enjoy!

Today I’m sharing a simple, delicious treat perfect for snack time with a cup of tea or coffee. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, so I love to enjoy these Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars alongside warm lemon tea.

This recipe is quick and uses pantry staples you probably already have: peanut butter, oats, whole-wheat flour, and a natural sweetener. It’s an easy recipe to pull together any time you want a satisfying, slightly crunchy bar. I like to use wholesome ingredients — organic chunky peanut butter, whole-wheat flour, coconut milk, a natural sweetener, and high-cacao chocolate chips for real chocolate flavor.

The 70% cacao or sugar-free chips keep the bars rich without adding too much sugar, and the chunky peanut butter gives a pleasant texture. These bars are great for lunchboxes, a coffee break, or a quick dessert.

I hope you’ll try these crunchy, flavorful Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars in your kitchen. They’re straightforward to make and store well, so you can enjoy them all week.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Bars

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free or high-cacao chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and natural sweetener until smooth. Add the vanilla and coconut milk and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to press on top if desired.

- Bake for 17–20 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Press a few extra chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking for melted chocolate on each bar.
- Use any chocolate chips you prefer: milk, semi-sweet, dark, or sugar-free.
- Check doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the bars are done.
- Storage: Keep bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Freezing: Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months.
