Delightfully flaky puff pastry pairs perfectly with the bright, lemony flavors of Cheddary Chicken and Broccoli. This quick, pantry- and freezer-friendly recipe is one of my go-to meals when I have the ingredients on hand but little time or inspiration.

It looks like a dish that took hours to prepare, but it comes together quickly and tastes delicious. It’s so popular with my family that doubling the recipe only yields enough leftovers for one lunch the next day. Serve it with a simple salad or fresh fruit for a balanced meal.
