Salsa Roll-Ups for Weight Watchers: Low-Point Snack Ideas

I’m always on the lookout for easy appetizers and finger foods for parties, and these little roll-ups are a hit every time. They come together quickly, taste great, and happen to be a Weight Watchers friendly recipe — what’s not to love?

Weight Watchers Salsa Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 4
    ounces
    cream cheese
    softened
  • 3
    Tablespoons
    salsa
  • 1/2
    cup
    shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 1/4
    teaspoon
    chili powder
  • 4
    6-inch
    tortillas

Instructions

  • Mix the softened cream cheese with the salsa until smooth, then spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Mexican-style cheese and chili powder over the cream cheese layer. Press gently so the toppings adhere.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly and refrigerate for a short while if you prefer firmer slices. Cut each roll crosswise into 5 even pieces to make bite-sized appetizers.
